Welcome to SELAH Social Services. SELAH is a Hebrew word that is found in the Psalms. To us, it means “pause, rest, reflect, & pray”. To us, it also means Supporting Every Life & Allowing Hope. We exist to strengthen and encourage women with cancer through information and readily available resources. Please browse our website and our blog and contact us if we can offer encouragement in any way!

SELAH Woman
of the Week
Patt Carmel
After her own battle with breast cancer, Patt Carmel had a dream of opening up a non-profit, to support uninsured women with cancer and their families. As her cancer progressed, she and her daughter Allison had several conversations about wanting to do this together. They trusted it would happen in time. SELAH social services has formed from that dream.
